Trying to get a few local server instances set up under CF 2018, and I’m having inconsistent results. Sometimes a new instance will start and run. Sometimes it won’t. Sometimes a modified instance (e.g., change port #) will run. Sometimes it won’t. Threads are going to be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.
Can someone tell the root cause.
