Update: Since this post was made, the final version of Update 4 was released and should be used instead.
ColdFusion 11 Update 4 early access build is being made available for your testing and feedback/suggestions
Follow the instructions below to apply this update:
1. Navigate to ColdFusion Administrator -> Server Updates -> Updates
2. Under Settings tab, check “Automatically Check for Updates” check box
3. Change the Site URL to https://cfdownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/coldfusion/PR/updates.xml.
4. Click Submit to save your changes
5. Under Available Updates tab, click on “Check for Updates” button.
6. “ColdFusion 11 Update 4” should be listed under “Available updates”.
7. Click on “Download and Install” to install the update.

1. In case, you have configured local site for receiving the update notifications, then please take back up of the URL before changing it to the above provided URL.

This update seems to fix :https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3853490
Might be nice to add that to the issues fixed, or even put it the bug report. Rather than me doing a blind install and hoping it works!
@Yves – This fix will be available in Update 5
When will the Update 4 build will include this fix Bug 3858866. (report builder reports problem on Macs). It was fixed in build 292433 but this early access still has the problem.

@Karla, when you say “that doesn’t work”, do you mean you don’t get prompted to save a file when you click it? (I do.) Or is there something about the file which “doesn’t work” for you?

Thanks for another pre-release for us to test. Keep these up early and often when you have fixes.
So dbvarname actually works now? Wow. I’ve got so used to carefully putting params in the right order for the last 10 years! 🙂

Can I recommend the next thing you work on is making the update page in ColdFusion Admin allow for multiple release channels so we don’t need to pants around so much to get the early updates?
