Cf updates are cumulative. It’s rare that you cannot install just the latest. 

That said, there is provision to install them via the command line, and even via a “silent install”. These things are documented in the update technotes and in the cf docs.

Finally, note that you’re running at risk of exposure to vulnerabilities, given that Cf2018 stopped getting updates since July. Cf2021 and 2023 have each had 3 further updates since then.
