Summary

Cf2021 with MS ACCESS

How can I connect a MS Access database to CF2021?

It is running on MS Windows 10. German version.

I downloaded the developer edition. All installed fine.

If I start with “add a datasource” I give the name and select MS Access

The system responds:

The ColdFusion ODBC Server service is not running or has not been installed. You may also use the “MS Access with Unicode” driver to connect to MS Access datasources.

1. ODBC server is running

2. MS Access with Unicode is not selectable

I do not know what do do – please help

Hi,

Can you please help us with the information, such as product build number, server-level logs, update level, server settings summary (can be generated from ColdFusion Administrator), and any other relevant information needed to review this post?

Please make sure both “ColdFusion 2021 ODBC Server” and “ColdFusion 2021 ODBC Agent” services are running.
