Hi everyone,

By trying to connect to a data source via ODBC to a Windows System DSN, Coldfusion Administrator throws an error:

[Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][SequeLink Server]The specified data source is not defined

The connection to the data source is succesfully made with the 64Bit ODBC-Windows-Driver. The data source is diplayed in the drop down an can be selected.

We have created an ODBC Interface via system DNS to a data source by using the Windows 64Bit ODBC Driver. Then we’ve tried to connect the DNS via Coldfusion Administrator -> Data Sources -> ODBC Socket

I can not believe that it is not possible with CF on Win2016 to start an ODBC interface like discribed in the following article?

There has to be any workaround. Any ideas?
