ColdFusion Builder 2016 Update 4 is now available for download.
The update adds support for ColdFusion Builder plugin installation on Eclipse Neon and fixes 22 other bugs.
The bugs fixed are in areas such as Editor (Dictionary, Code Colorization, Code Folding), Security Code Analyzer and RDS support.

Yes, this time the ZIP file did extract fine for the Standalone one and I was able to install the update to my CFB.

FYI – this was the same issue on previous attempts to install on Neon. Neon is the only version of Eclipse that is usable on Hi-DPI displays, so this is critical.

We’ve replaced the compressed standalone Update package. You should be able to extract the new package with the built-in Windows utility. The checksum has been updated in the technote related to the this update (reference web-link in the post above).
The plugin Updater package should work as it is. The Windows utility was able to decompress it with no trouble, when I tried it. Please verify the checksum after you download the file, against what is mentioned in the technote, before attempting to decompress it.

Using any other zip file utility on the replaced updater should also have solved the purpose.

I have downloaded this update .zip file on two different Windows computers but unable to extract on either one: One gives error that the zip is empty while other says that unable to open.
Please rectify.
