We had several complaints from users about Akamai download
manager not being able to download the ColdFusion installer on Linux
machines.
We have skipped Akamai download manager for Linux and this
issue has been fixed.

I’m not a fan of having to download the Akamai download just to get the software. There are other ways to prevent abuse.

What’s the deal with the WACK for CF11? CF11 has been out for almost a year now and no book? These are getting later and later. The book should enter print immediately after release like most other languages have.

Hi @Tom, I just cross checked, filling the form and selecting product enables the download option.
Please send an email to cfinstal@adobe.com specifying the system requirement to get a direct link for installer.
Update : FireFox says “s is not defined” and Chrome complains about mixed content.
I click through to that form, fill in all the boxes and drop downs, and the download button doesn’t enable.
Just provide a direct link. This will be a great help on headless servers too.
