Yearly Points Information

Performing various activities on ColdFusion community (like answering questions, writing blogs/articles etc.) give you an opportunity to score points and enhance your level as a Product expert. This is how it works: You start at “Newbie” Level with 0 points. From this point onwards till one calendar year (i.e. 365 days) you should try to contribute and move up the levels upon achieving their respective thresholds. Remember, each time you attain a new level, your current points are reset, and your calendar year starts (i.e. 365 days) then, to move to the next level. If you are unable to score enough points to get upgraded to next level, your level will change corresponding to the points you acquired in your last calendar year. And also your current points will get reset to the points you acquired in your last calendar year. For example: If your current level is Explorer with 50 points, and in upcoming calendar year, you only gain 60 points (summing to 110 points). At the end of the year you will still be an Explorer but your points will get reset to 60 points.
